Mailing lists

The OASIS Changfeng Open Standards Lab Member Section (COSL) was formed in January 2009 and closed in October 2010. The mission of the Member Section was to serve as a focal point for discussions of SOA-related open standards technology and implementation, End-to-End Resource Planning (EERP), and other relevant issues as applicable in Asia.

OASIS hosted several mailing lists to support the work of the COSL Member Section. Use of these lists was governed by the OASIS Mailing List Guidelines and Procedures.

Member Section participants list (cosl-ms@lists.oasis-open.org) enabled all those involved in OASIS COSL to discuss issues relevant to the mission of the group. This list was also used by the Steering Committee and OASIS staff for announcements on meetings, elections, and other news. Archives are publicly accessible. Subscription and posting privileges were reserved for COSL participants, who were automatically subscribed to this list when they joined the Member Section.

Steering Committee list (cosl-sc@lists.oasis-open.org) provided a means for members to offer suggestions and feedback to the COSL Member Section's governing body. Subscription privileges were reserved for Steering Committee members only, however, any OASIS member was able to post messages to this list and view the archives.

Technical Committee lists were used by OASIS members to advance and document technical work. Archives for COSL-affiliated OASIS Committees are publicly accessible. Subscription privileges were reserved for Technical Committee members (including Observers), who were automatically subscribed when they joined the Committee. Only Members and Voting Members of each Committee were able to post to its list.

Comment lists allowed non-members to provide feedback to specific COSL-affiliated OASIS Technical Committees. Archives are publicly accessible. Anyone may subscribe and post, provided they agree to the terms of the OASIS Feedback License. See the "Send a comment" link on each Committee's homepage for details.

Members and non-members are invited to use the Contact form on this site for direct inquiries.
